WesTower Communications Acquires Ryko Telecommunications

Acquisition strengthens WesTower’s Wireline Services offering in Western Canada

WesTower Communications Ltd. is pleased to announce its acquisition of Ryko Telecommunications Inc., a strategic addition to WesTower’s wireline construction and maintenance services offering in Western Canada. Ryko’s Regina and Warman, Saskatchewan offices and approximately 45 employees will now become a division of WesTower as part of the $14 million acquisition, presenting new expansion opportunities while the division continues to offer full maintenance support and project delivery for both Ryko and WesTower clients.
