WesTower’s inspection and maintenance program promotes the long-term sustainability and asset value of our customer’s infrastructure. WesTower has been inspecting towers since its inception in 1989 and we’ve grown the program because it’s one of the cornerstones of what we do. The program now focuses on proactive maintenance of all telecommunications sites including in-built, small cell, rooftop, shelter, and all tower types. Our conscientious inspectors are well-trained in thorough visual (as outlined in the CSA S37-13 code), structural, below or above grade, and tower mapping inspections.
If possible, WesTower completes all repairs on-site during our inspection to eliminate remobilization costs. If time or material limitations prevent a repair, WesTower’s process is to supply a quote to return and complete the work as soon as possible.
During the inspection process, quick access to reporting provides our clients the necessary assurances to meet industry standards.
Site Upgrades & Modifications
WesTower’s national presence, customer service-focused delivery, and robust safety program ensures that upgrades will be handled smoothly and professionally, completed on time, and meet CSA (Canadian Standards Association) specifications. Restoration & Emergency Repair Services
Sometimes issues and repairs happen outside of business hours. For these situations, WesTower provides Emergency Repair Services to several national carriers and other customers on maintenance programs across Canada. Our national team will respond to your call to identify what the material, resource, and equipment requirements are necessary to resolve your emergency situation depending on the situation and the particulars of your structure. The WesTower team is well-equipped and prepared with transportation, tools, and materials. WesTower also has a network of contacts for access to cranes, boom trucks or other equipment that may be required to facilitate a rapid resolution to your requirement.
