On behalf of Rogers, WesTower completed a DAS build, beginning with Project Management services through to final commissioning and turn up of the system, covering the entire 5.3 million square foot West Edmonton Mall.

Rogers implemented a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) in West Edmonton Mall, Alberta.
WesTower was responsible for the complete DAS build, beginning with Project Management services through to final commissioning and turn up of the system.
The project timeline was over a 9 month period and at its peak was manned by 12 WesTower employees. The system covered the entire mall and was implemented on a sector by sector basis, 17 sectors in all. WesTower employees installed over 300 antennas, 68 radios, 25,000 metres of cable, and in excess of 2,000 fiber splices.
